**Q: How well has yours been holding up since you purchased it? Any problems?**
A: Everything about it LOOKED great. But 2 months after my purchase in September 2020, the bottom shaft went bad - it was scored and pitted and sounded horrible. I contacted the company and first they sent me the wrong bearings for the shaft. After that, they sent the right bearings, but NOT the shaft. Now it's March of 2021 and although in a way I already got the shaft, I'm still waiting for the actual shaft. In the meantime, it's out on my porch and I'm back to using my 25-year old trouble-free but ancient bike.

**Q: I have the machine for 4-5 weeks.  It appears to make a more noticeable noise around the plastic housing every time the wheel turns.  Is it normal?**
A: I notice the same noise and will monitor. Does not seem to impact operation of the rower.

**Q: how is the resistance on this machine? How hard is the max level of resistance?**
A: Max resistance must be way challenging because I have to keep mine at minimum resistance.   I am thrilled with this rower.  Worth every single penny.

**Q: Which muscles (muscle groups) are not targeted as well with the power10 rower, and would need additional exercises? which ones are well targeted?**
A: Well ~~i do 200 rows daily ~it works your thighs arms~shoulders~stomich abbs lower back muscles!   Also  I Do The Elastic Bands Where You Lay Down On Your Side And Do Legg Raises Then Roll The Other Way, I Do 4 Sets  Of 25 Then Stand Up With Bands Around  Your Ankles Crouch In Ski  Ing  Position Sideways Try 25 Feet  Feel The Burn Then Turn The Otherway And Do Another'25Ft!
