I had elevated liver enzymes a few years ago and since I am taking Tylenol for my arthritis, I take this supplement to make sure I don't have problems.  So far blood work is good.

I’ve been taking one capsule of this product along with Zenwise digestive enzymes for a few weeks now and the diarrhea has stopped and the IBS has definitely improved.
