I thought I was getting what's advertised but it's obvious it's not a as pictured. I noticed that while everything was packaged well, there were small scratches and dirt smudges on the tablet, with what looks like a orange/tan powder along the "protective plastic on the screen". I turned it on to '25% battery' which it should have been a brand new start up intro jingle, nope. So I went to to settings to see that the cache and items had been used at one point and that there was an additional app downloaded that was jot factor setting level, which is reported as a Scam software app online and when I ran the tablet with internet and began downloading my anti virus software it imminently popped up as malicious software app and asked me to UNINSTALL it.While the price is reasonable and it is written that you are getting a brand new product - you may have an infected used/return item that has been tampered with. SOOOO BE CAREFUL AND CLEAN/SCAN IT BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR INFO IN IT.Video and photos coming, work calls. But wanted to make sure I got this warning in.
