I use another bruise cream and applied to bruises it helps to fade them more quickly, which is what the above bruise cream would do. **Q: Can this be applied to the face? Is it Steroid Free?** A: I would assume you can since it doesn’t indicate otherwise. I am using on my legs because of eczema.
