Review: Quality tea lights, made in USA - Top quality tea light. A barely detectible sweet fragrance is typical for 100% natural beeswax. There is no added or artificial fragrance. Cotton wick. Burns evenly when burning the candle long enough to allow the surface to liquefy; otherwise, just like any other flat-surfaced candle that is not allowed to burn long enough for the entire surface to liquefy, the result is usually a hollow depression that subsequently burns unevenly and for a shorter overall burn time. The trick to even burning is to allow the entire candle surface to liquefy! Purchased the Bluecorn tea light product multiple times (plastic holder, 48-count, natural yellow color) for my household and also for gifting. Never had any issue with packaging, presentation, quality, or burn time. Each tea light candle is sized the same. There is no drip or spill as long as the tea light sits on an even surface. For gift giving, I count out six tea lights from the large box and wrap them in tissue paper or a small cloth pouch, then present the gift with a nice little tea light holder (sold separately).

We use them under our baking trays at the farmers market to keep our goodies warm. I read the small print. I study the small print on the box. I use about 10-12 each week. I have ordered some in the past that were obviously a blend of paraffin and beeswax. You can tell because they burn quick - in 2-3 hours. True beeswax will last well over 4 hours sometimes 5 or 6. Plus, I don't want to breathe in paraffin - its bad for my lungs. Now, vendors will sometimes lie or omit the "ingredients" of their wax. They will claim its beeswax when its only about 50% or less. This pisses me off so darn much. I've also used Good lights, but when I read about how burning coconut leaves and trees causes lung issues in the locals, I decided to pass and go back to beeswax. I can say without any hesitation or doubt that these candles are exactly what they say they are. God- please don't let them change the recipe and start cheating to make more moolah. These candles are the absolute very best I have ever tried. They burn for 5-6 hours, there is no stinky odor, they burn very clean - no smoke - plus they are made here in America. Oh sure - I could go back to the ones that are just a little cheaper - but then I get crap that burns for 2-3 hours so I need to use twice as many. Ultimately I save money buying these because the quality is that good. I will continue to buy these and only these as long as the quality remains excellent. The little plastic cups they use are the only drawback for me. I would prefer an aluminum cup because I can recycle those. But - the plastic cup is larger and I give them to a neighbor and she refills them for Christmas gifts and such with her own wax and wicks - they are also great for sorting seed beads.

Top quality tea light. A barely detectible sweet fragrance is typical for 100% natural beeswax. There is no added or artificial fragrance. Cotton wick. High quality candle with very good wick. Trim the wick length a little before first lighting them. Flames nice and bright. 24 pack lasts me a while. My third Bluecorn purchase and I will buy more.
