The best vegan sharp cheddar cheese, perfect eaten cold. Much better than the shreds and even tastes very different (in a good way)! Try the jalapeño-havarti style block, too!

Although I do indeed miss real cheddar cheese, due to dietary intolerances, I must now eat dairy free :,(. I have found that this is a GREAT alternative to cheese, and I even used it in my tomato soup and it melted great!!!

The flavor of this cheese is nice. It doesn’t really melt well but it has a nice taste. Would opt for shredded if your making Mac and cheese.
