**Q: How big are the cups?**
A: Muffin tray size is 27.8 x 19 x 5cm.
Diameter size of each cup: 7.8cm top, 5cm bottom ,5cm height

**Q: What recipe works well for big Yorkshire puddings, what has mark & how long in the oven? thanks x**
A: 200g plain flour
3 eggs
300ml milk
4 tbsp vegetable oil 
Salt & pepper to season
This recipe makes 12 cook 6 + 6
Make batter with above by slowly adding 200g of flour to well beaten egg, gradually add milk, to make a smooth batter. Season with S&P put in fridge for at least two hours( the beauty of a well risen Yorkshire is a batter that has been left to stand, before being poured into a hot oiled tin.) Heat the tin with a small amount of oil in each section to use it up, (gas 7 / 180 electric) for 5-10 minutes,  pour/ ladle batter into oiled tin( 1/3 of the way up each section) , cook for 20- 30 minutes minutes or until we’ll risen and browned. These will tip straight from tin and while tin still hot cook next batch.

**Q: What is the capacity in mls of each of the mini muffin moulds, please?**
A: The size of each muffin is 3.0 x 2.5 cm 
Calculation using Pi r2 x h, equals 17.67 ml

**Q: Do you need to grease it?**
A: I would grease the tray or use cupcake liners. I personally don’t like silicone bakeware as I have found in the past food does tend to stick to the sides. Hope this helps.

I only gave 4 stars because I only got this last night, so I haven't used yet. It looks to be good quality, and as advised, I have washed it before I use it for the first time. I think to get the best results, I will be using paper cases inside the first time I use it.
