But pistachios don't have a lot of oil so it's less than the other nuts. This is just finely ground raw pistachios. I made the mistake of using it to bake and the flavor did not come through as pistachios have a milder flavor than almonds. However, it's absolutely delicious by itself on small toasts, toasted brioche etc. **Q: What’s the difference between the pistachio butter and paste?** A: My answer: please try both, one at a time 'cuz they're costly.
