Review: Product works, but I made my own directions - Over the years this product has proved positive for me and not for the gophers. Follow the directions. 1.Me, I use a funnel when I locate the tunnel. 2. I use 2 teaspoons dropped gently down the hole into tunnel. 3. I do not cover hole with dirt! Instead I cover it with a heavy stepper, flat rock, or board with rock on top. Covering hole with dirt does not make sense! 4.Then in a day or 2 I lift object to see if it's been plugged by gopher. 5. If hole is plugged I make another hole doing 1-3 again until the hole is NOT plugged any more which usually means mission is accomplished.
Review: WORKS NEED TO PLACE CORRECTLY - Best on market tried all others this one worked combine it with the probe stick that has the feeder best combo finally saved my lawn from the Gophers! Probe around 6-10 inches from the mounds not the mounds it self I put all over lawn to get better chance

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this a grain or a pellet type bait? Thanks!!**
A: This product is a grain bait. It seems to be somewhat more effective than pellets.

**Q: Does this product work on groundhogs?**
A: A definite No. It does nothing. Groundhogs will eat it but not impaired in the least. Catching and releasing far away seems to be the only recourse.

**Q: I have ordered this product many times and it has been delivered to my address... Now it says not eligible for my address... what is the problem?**
A: The product contains strychnine which is being added to the banned chemicals list by many states and some shippers. It may be that the regulations have recently changed in your area. The other possibility is that the manufacturer may be pulling back from certain markets. You might want to try a similar product under another label ( there are others that are almost identical)

**Q: Does it kill ground squirrels and prairie dogs**
A: I used it for gophers but it will kill any rodent.
Heads up, you want to make sure you use it in a area safe from other animals, it will also make your pets sick or maybe kill !

Best on market tried all others this one worked combine it with the probe stick that has the feeder best combo finally saved my lawn from the Gophers! Probe around 6-10 inches from the mounds not the mounds it self I put all over lawn to get better chance

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some rodents are not fond of the taste it seems and wouldn't eat it.
*by S***3 on October 13, 2026*

it works IF you can get the critter to eat it. Mine would not so I had to dissolve it and mix with something they would eat.
