I do spray a little Pam on mine before using. This product is perfect. Each of the cups are stick resistant and, with a shot of PAM, the eggs slid out easily. Put a little water in the pan, set the egg holder into the pan and 4 minutes later you have a perfectly cooked poached egg. Hate that I didn't buy this years ago.
