If your goal is to increase sweat and get more out of your workouts, this vest is a strong performer. Right when you put it on, you can feel the compression fit around your core. It’s snug without being uncomfortable, and it gives that “locked-in” feeling that actually helps with posture while working out. The material feels durable and flexible, similar to other heat-trapping polymer or neoprene-style vests that are designed to raise body temperature during exercise. Where this vest really shines is the sweat factor. Within just a few minutes of light cardio or even walking, you can feel your core heating up. During more intense workouts, it noticeably increases perspiration compared to a normal shirt. That’s the whole purpose of these sauna-style vests—to trap heat and amplify sweating—and this one absolutely delivers on that. Another thing I like is that it’s a pullover design, so there’s no zipper or extra bulk. It sits clean under a hoodie or workout shirt, making it easy to wear at the gym or even during everyday activities if you want to keep the sweat going. The material stays fairly lightweight despite holding in heat, and it doesn’t feel overly restrictive when moving around. Durability has been solid so far. It holds up well during workouts and doesn’t feel like it’s going to tear or stretch out easily. Cleaning is simple too—just rinse or hand wash and let it air dry, and it’s good to go again. A couple small things to note: it does get very sweaty (obviously), so you’ll want to wear something underneath or be ready for that sauna effect. Also, like all sweat vests, most of the immediate weight loss is water weight, so it works best when combined with a solid fitness routine and diet. Overall, this is a great value if you’re looking to step up your workouts and increase sweat. It fits well, performs as expected, and is easy to use. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone trying to boost intensity and get that extra burn during training. Review: This product works !!!!! 💯🇺🇸 - Listen, I have been a pretty active athlete most of my life. I was never a bodybuilder, but I was always in pretty damn good shape especially when I was younger. I could do 10 miles after a 10 hour day at work and it didn’t bother me at all anyway, I make 60 in December of this year and I have people I think I’m in my 40s but the last few years I’ve struggled with my gut now I have neoprene belts that wrap around you with Velcro like from Walmart. I’ve had dozens of those through the years. I still have them till this day. I even have a knee cream vest that I got from Walmart a few months ago, but none of those compare to the last four days wearing this shirt within 20 minutes. I do cardio every day. I try to do at least an hour of cardio every day within 20 minutes. I was poured sweat out and it just my stomach just feels like it’s flatter if that makes any sense anyway, I’ve already referred your product to about three of my friends that are in serious need of losing some weight and all they do is complain about they don’t have the wheel or to drive to exercise like I do or go to the gym like I do and lift weights so I referred this shirt to them I don’t know if they’re gonna order it or not but no working out just wear the shirt every day and it will shed pounds off of you. I promise you that thank you guys for your product. I will order the T-shirt later on in the future thank you very much sincerely😎💯🇺🇸 ## Features - SWEAT MORE: Designed to create a heat-trapping workout experience during exercise and physical activity.
