The nights of listening to the raccoon gymnastics stopped the next night. I then replaced the old vent with a new vent reinforced with hardware cloth and have had no further problems. The pest control guy quoted me a price of $1700.00. The $35.00 was a small price to pay. Thanks for,this wonderful product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Racoons vacated my attic almost immediately *by E***E on June 10, 2025* I had a terrible raccoon problem in my attic - I could hear them up there, day and night, scratching and running around. They were tearing up the insulation to the point that it was raining down through the access point in the ceiling, and I can only imagine the stink of urine and feces...I live in the city, next to a wooded park, and I assume they came from there, I believe a mother and her babies.The exterminator was going to be $300-$600, and probably require multiple visits, so I decided to try this first. I soaked 2 tennis balls and 2 rags with the stuff (used about 1/2 the bottle), and threw them over to where I thought their main nest was.The result was great. Within a couple days at most, mama had moved her babies elsewhere. I love that I didn't have to harm or kill the racoons, that the smell of this product just gave them strong incentive to leave. I'd recommend to anyone dealing with this issue, especially before dropping hundreds on an exterminator.
