But I was wrong! This thing is awesome. I thought the compression plate was a gimmick, but it really helps to pack things down. And the wheels are great and roll very smoothly. I can literally push with one finger. If I could change one thing, it would be to put the button to collapse the handle on top of the handle instead of the sides. One the side, it catches on my eBags backpack when sliding it over the handle. Takes a little extra effort to get it off. But this bad is so much better than my old Samsonite I'm willing to live with it.
