Mine came without any.** A: Hi. Having given these handles a good review after I had fitted them to my kitchen door for better security, I'm sorry to hear that you have had problems. But, it is an easy fix. These handles normally include 4 standard type of screws which are about 1/2 inch Γ—4.0. These are for fitting the two plates one on the frame, and the other on the door. I personally think these are to small, so I usually use 1 inch Γ—4.0 or slightly longer. Remember to pilot the holes on new doors and frames. The other two screw that normal come with these handles are the same type as are used on light switches and plug sockets. These are normally 1 and a 1/2 long Γ—4. A trick is to remove one from a light switch or socket and try it for size, but as these threads are finer than a normal screw, you must be careful not to damage anything. Try it by hand tightened first.
