I bought four of these in December of 2023. Due to a cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment and surgery, they weren’t placed into service until October of 2025. One failed by the end of November. These come with a 2-year warranty (box states 3-years). Tried several times to contact Tophort for help and was ignored. I’ll never buy from them again because of this.
