They're very smooth so if my glasses are outside the headband, the glasses fall right off & if I put the glasses on the inside, the headband is so tight that it presses the glasses into my head until it starts to hurt in a few minutes. If I slide the headband to just behind the glasses, they slide back & spring right off the back of my head.
