Inaccurate and not fit for purpose
This salt meter is not suitable for testing saline water to any degree of accuracy. We bought it to test our salt water pool before closing it down for the winter. It was totally useless, and really not fit for purpose. It's cheaply made and not able to be calibrated. I would recommend that you save your money and buy another product. We borrowed a friend's meter, and that worked well - this one is a complete waste of money.
