I always wash everything before using and I didn't even inspect the seams, I just put it in the washer. When I went to put it on my bed I found that the seams at 2 of the corners were not properly sewn together; the stitching did not hold the two sides of material together and there was a huge hole in the seam at both corners. At this point I couldn't see returning it; I may have if I hadn't already washed the sheet. Luckily I have a sewing machine and I just fixed the problem; but I didn't need the aggravation. And it barely fit my mattress even-though my mattress is only 6 inches high. I'm so glad I only bought one sheet--I will never buy this brand again!The one positive is that the material is really nice and soft. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works for my purpose *by P***0 on Reviewed in the United States on February 5, 2017* I purchased these fitted sheets not for my bed, but to use as a cover for my citrus and avocado trees when there is threat of a hard frost. They work great for that purpose. I have washed them once. They put a lot of lint in the dryer lint trap. They are thin and pilled up after the first wash. So, maybe not the greatest to use as bedding. I bought the blue - it's a light, pale blue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but not bad. I wish they would make available, at the same time, the flat sheet for the top, but not a set.
