It also comes with the wiring and switches to install an additional wall mounted switch. I have no ideal if you can order additional controls. The carpentry work was the most difficult and since I didn’t have to cut any rafters it wasn’t all that bad. Instructions are good and watching the installation videos was very helpful. The lift is solid and works great. The smaller size handles all but the largest totes. All the Christmas decorations come down next week so it get a real workout.
