What are they doing?? Wearing them in sandals???? Geez!!!I think both brands provide MILD support. I don’t have plantar Fascitis but I would think if you had moderate to severe Fascitis, they wouldn’t help much. …..There’s not much gel/fluid in each, they’re pretty thin so that I can wear in my already broken in shoes without noticing tightness. Remember that you can trim both brands down to size.I like them for general support, mainly to soften the impact which they do very well. They do provide mild arch support cuz as ur foot moves, the gel displaces forward or backward, so therefore it’s always supporting the arch.I have 3 pairs n everyday I put a pair in my shoes for the day to lessen the impact on my moderately arthritic feet.Yes, that roley poley feel under your feet is awesome!!!
