You get a bunch of pads β€” foam, wool, different densities for cutting/polishing/finishing β€” plus backing plates and a drill adapter, so it covers basically every stage from swirl removal to final wax.Being 3 inch pads, they're perfect for tight spots like mirrors, door handles, and around emblems where a full-size buffer just can't reach. They hook up easily to a regular drill, no need for a dedicated rotary polisher.Couple things to know: the pads are on the smaller/lighter duty side, so don't expect pro-level correction on heavily oxidized paint β€” this is more for maintenance detailing and small touch-ups. Also a drill isn't as controlled as a real polisher, so go slow and keep it moving to avoid burning the clear coat. For the price and the sheer number of pads you get, though, it's a great starter kit or backup set. 4/5, good bang for your buck. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great drill attachment to get scratches out of my aluminum wheels *by on Reviewed in the United States January 26, 2025* I purchased this Car Polishing Kit for my drill because I had bought an old set of aluminum wheels for my truck and they were disgustingly stained and had brake dust crusted all over them. I really didn’t think I could get them to shine again. I tied to clean and scrub them with Ajax cleaner but after I was done removing all of the filth and crud, I was left with aluminum wheels that had tiny scratches all over them. I was disappointed and didn’t know what to do until I found this kit on amazon and purchased it.There are many of these drill attachment polishing kits on Amazon identical to this one and many of those reviews stated that all of the spongy polishing pieces were vacuum shrunk and impossible to get to re-form to their original and intended shape. This SIQUK 38 Piece Polishing kit was NOT like that at all. In fact, I have added a few pictures of the package that I received before I opened it. Each and every sponge polishing head was in PERFECTLY ROUND Shape and form as you can see in my pictures. These polishing drill attachments were ready to use right out of the package. No soaking in water. No waiting for them to expand. They were absolutely ready to use.So as soon as I received this amazing kit, I got to work.I found that each color of sponge actually meant something important. The different colors represent different abrasive strengths from fine to a bit courser strength.I started with the FINE abrasive sponge (BLACK) and it was all that I needed. I attached it to my battery operated cordless drill with the drill adapter that is included and added a little car polish to the sponge and it was magic from that point on. The Velcro that holds the polishing sponge to the drill attachment mandrel is excellent. It holds securely and never slips at all.Yes it took a little work to get the fine scratches out of the Clear Coat that the aluminum wheels had on them and that I had scratched while trying vigorously to scrub the stains and gunk off of them with a household cleanser like ajax, but with some patience and a little effort, this SIQUK 38 piece Polishing Pad Kit did the trick and it was a small amount of money well-spent.I have attached a picture from the manufacturer illustrating the different sponge abrasive strengths.YES – I would certainly purchase this kit again but at this point, I have enough polishing sponges to last a while. I only wore out 2 sponge heads polishing 4 wheels that were very scratched.Some of the pictures illustrate the horrible job that was ahead of me BEFORE I used this polisher.
