Review: High quality powder for anti-inflammation - I love this powdered buffered vitamin C. I like that it's not a tablet so I don't have to worry about whether it will dissolve or not. I follow the dosing on the bottle, put the powder in a shot of water, drink it down and I'm good for the day (the taste doesn't bother me). It helps me keep inflammation down and helps with collagen production too. It has a bunch of benefits.

I love this powdered buffered vitamin C. I like that it's not a tablet so I don't have to worry about whether it will dissolve or not. I follow the dosing on the bottle, put the powder in a shot of water, drink it down and I'm good for the day (the taste doesn't bother me). It allows you to take higher doses of vitamin C without the adverse effects that ascorbic acid causes. I mixed it with juice and it had no adverse affect on the taste of the juice.
