To fall asleep..... my problem wasn't sleeping, it was trouble falling asleep. These worked like a charm, they don't exactly keep me asleep which is s good thing for some cases seeing as how you need to be alert for possible break-ins or disturbances. But my problem was sleep initially, and the very first time I put These on, instantly felt it and fell asleep like I was tired form running a marathon lol, not exactly but defenitly felt the effects such was great cuz I work at 2 in the morning and have to sleep during the day. I've tried other products like gummies and vape pens and nothing, these work best for me. Only thing is you have to find different spots to put them each time and I shower in the morning or when I wake up and the outline of the patch stays on after I even wash and scrub it off at the end of the day it's there again. That's my only issue but I put them where I'm covered all the time so nobody ever asks about it. They are amazing at helping you fall asleep and stay asleep. I have tried melatonin, benadryl, all of that stuff, and nothing helps to keep you asleep all night like these patches. I used to wake up several times a night, but not anymore!My husband weighs more than me and said, "I'll try them, but I probably need 2!" That was a mistake, you only need one I assure you. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because it always leaves a residue on your skin. I have no idea how to easily get it off other than rubbing at it while in the shower. But it is worth having the residue for the sleep you get.
