**Q: I won't dish out money for anything this nice that comes in a cheap plastic jar. At 8 bucks for 8 oz, how is your product packaged?**
A: This comes in a durable plastic container with a removable two sided flip top lid. This gives the options to sprinkle or pour. Amazon fulfillment and shipping costs are built into the price.

A: I usually sprinkle this cheese on soup or other foods after they have been cooked.  I think I remember sprinkling it on soup before it was cooked and it did melt. I hope thi helps.

**Q: What is the shelf life of this?**
A: Several months. The ones I sent to the fulfillment center a few months ago had a date in mid January. There are a number of sellers so what you get may vary.
