Walnut is good for brain, and hair. Tin isn't the best container, healthwise, so transfer to dark glass, and keep out of direct light. The can arrived with the top disengaged from the can and leaking oil everywhere; I only got a little under 7 ounces out of this 16.9 ounce can, purchased for making soap. A couple of weeks later upon retrieving it to make some soap, the oil was already smelling rancid. To add insult to injury, the top of the can is a plug, not a cap covering a spout, so when pouring, it runs all over the top of the can and down the side.
