Perhaps the aphrodisiac benefit of Panax Ginseng is what appeals to males -- LOL -- but it is my understanding that ginseng can be a panacea for many ailments, with the panax form being especially good for circulation, anti-fatigue and mental alertness, concentration and memory. Upon further research I found that a combination of Panax ginseng and ginkgo biloba is an even greater enhancement for memory in middle-age adults! That is of great significance to me because one of my main concerns at my age is brain health! I'm not going to write an encyclopedia on the benefits of the other vitamins in the bottle, I'll just say that I am happy with the formulation.On a practical note, I was also very pleased to find that the claim that it is easy to swallow and actually has a pleasant taste is true.
