This makes cutting up fresh herbs SOOOO much easier than the tearing or chopping I had previously done. These scissors make adding delicious fresh herbs to your creation a breeze. I love that there are 5 blades so you are getting lots of pieces with each snip. My only recommendation is to make sure you rinse them right away as though the little comb that comes with it does a decent job even if you don't bother to rinse them right away, thing herbs like parsley pieces can become very challenging to clean once they are allowed to dry between the blades since they do such a good job of sticking with any moisture. These blades are sharp so be careful when cleaning to not slide your finger tips along them as even the outside edge managed to slice my finger tip but that was only because I wasn't paying close enough attention. I will be buying these as stocking stuffers this Christmas as well. No excuse at all now not to use the fresh basil, parsley, and cilantro growing in my yard. However, it's handle could be softer and the blades could be sharper for, as an example, cutting stems of parsley easier. It has to be cleaned periodically to avoid cluttering.I'd also recommend that the scissor could come with protection for it's blades.
