I found the chappatis/rotis to be slightly rubbery in texture (not easy to break) unlike chappatis/rotis that were made with other emmer flours that i have been trying out since last several months. Also the colour of the chappatis are like as though they have been made using a mix of refined flour (maida) & the regular type of whole wheat flour with high gluten content, which could definitely be the reason for the rubbery elastic feeling when one tries to break a piece of the rotis/chappatis or also when one tries to chew on it. Although one of the images of this product on Amazon says '100% Satisfaction or Refund', the return policy does not allow one to return the product. Also you have to buy minimum two 500grams packs & hence i am now stuck with the extra packet of this unsatisfactory product, which i am unable to return to the seller & also unable to consume because of the suspect nature of the product & its inferior quality compared to 5 to 6 other emmer flour (khapli aata) brands that i have purchased through Amazon & also directly from other organic product sellers.
