Actually it is worth every penny. After several surgeries and so much antibiotics, I could not function. I have a cupboard full of Probiotics from Costco & health food stores. My daughter put me onto the Dr. Mercola brand and now it is the only thing I use. I take two every night, I was taking 4-5 of the other brands. Told to purchase one that needs refrigeration.** A: This is one of the questions the company fails to answer. I refrigerate mine. I'm on my second bottle.
