I fit these into a refrigerated merchandise case in a supermarket. It uses Anthony glass doors and lighting bits. This particular setup uses 'cup-type' tube-holders..........so, please NOTE that these tubes - because of the white plastic collar at each end - will NOT fit these type holders. The collars alter the final dimension of the tube up about 2". The collar, I suppose, adds both strength and style to the tube, but it increases the diameter such that it will not fit some holders. AND, the shipping of these tubes leaves a lot to be desired. If you order 4, or 6 or 8 tubes, you are going to get 2,3 or 4 UPS tracking numbers because Amazon doesn't box these tubes up together. They are shipped in the manufacturer's box/tube, 2-each, 2 at a time. I had 1 of 5 boxes come broken (well, bent.......as these are not glass tubes). I would order them again, but mostly because it is hard to find 5ft tubes at a reasonable price !! Hello Amazon!? Just tape these boxes together, and everyone benefits ! UPS, the customer and the installer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice product, had to modify our light fixture to make them work *by N***H on Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2015* Purchased these for replacement fluorescent bulbs in a fixture that is under a shelf (lighting a desk area).Had to rotate the holder for the tubes (our fixture) 90 degrees, as these bulbs did not light down in our fixture. Was a bit of a hassle, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Very good price. UL listed (important).
