**Q: Hi will this work on a Dell c3765dnf printer?**
A: Sorry, this wifi adapter doesn't work on a Dell c3765dnf printer

**Q: may I know what is the chipset of this?**
A: It comes up as Ralink Technology Corp 802.11n USB Wireless card. I previously had an Eidemax card inside the tower and had to use a wall plug booster just to up the signal. With this device I was able to remove the eidemax altogether and also do away with the plug in booster.IIt is that good.

**Q: Can’t connect to wifi, it shows me the networks but fails to connect to them. Either tells me to renege rpassword or just says can’t connect. I got I**
A: If the connection fails, the reason as below:

(1)Wifi password error.

(2)There is a setting on the router to prevent the network being used, also called MAC address filtering. Just add the MAC of the WiFi adapter to the mac filtering column of the router, or temporarily turn off the router's MAC address filtering function to connect.

(3)There are two circumstances where the router cannot assign an IP address to the wifi adapter：

a. Restart the router.
b. The customer manually changed the IP address by himself. At this point he needs to click on the diagnosis and re-match the IP address automatically.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Windows 10 - DO NOT install the driver!

A bright smiley card inside the package tells you to install the software before plugging in the device - the opposite of what the instruction leaflet tells you to do - so I did this then spent an hour trying to figure out why it refused to connect to my network even though it detected a strong signal. Finally I unplugged it, uninstalled the software then plugged it back in and Windows handled it instantly, no fuss. Save yourself a lot of grief - ignore all the instructions and just plug it in. So one star dropped for that, and for the fact that the antenna will only fold in one direction - it doesn't swivel like my previous dongle - so it tends to get in the way of other wires and stuff.
