Supplier stood behind the warranty and refunded my purchase price. Good to see them stand behind a poor product experience. They claimed this was a supplier issue and have since correct it.DO NOT BUY THESE COVERS! 100% percent failure rate while towing, inconsistent quality control and manufacturing. I bought two of these in March 2016 to use to cover my jet skis on a road trip. It is the only time I used them. Both covers failed with excessive tearing. I called the company to complain and they sent new covers which I stowed until the following year for use on the same trip. The second set failed even worse than the originals. Upon inspection, they were made differently and did not have the soft liner on them like the first set. They gave me a hard time about the replacements challenging if I had the handlebars lowered (I did) or were using them on the correct skis (2004 Yamaha Waverunner FX). If fact, one of the fist replacements they sent me didn't even have one of the strap latches sewn on it cover! I only used these covers once a year for the family road trip so they can't even claim they were abused or left out in the sun all year. These things are poorly made and not worth purchasing. It's too bad, the price point was good compared to the originals and would be worth even a little more if the quality were better.
