I wanted imported Italian pasta because I had heard that even though it's not considered gluten-free it doesn't bother you like regular pasta wood. Because it is important it is not enriched and fortified which believe it or not is a good thing. There are things added into enriched and fortified foods that you do not want in your diet. So I am cutting out all of those things but still wanted a good quality pasta.
