it has helped me lose weight, curbing appetite and boost my mood I believe, I found these and thought after doing the lower dose for a few months I be ready to go higher and I liked the price and quantity of this product, switched about a week and a half ago and I absolutely noticed a difference, I lost more weight in that week than the previous weeks and noticed the "go" was more frequent, No diet changes however, I do have an extremely active lifestyle being a construction worker and was in the obese category needed a boost to help me shed when I was at a plateau for 5+ years and these have worked perfect.
