However, they are not exactly the same as the original earpads as they are ever so slightly smaller and their padding is a bit firmer. The difference is marginal and unless you are actually comparing them side to side you most probably won't notice the difference. If you have particularly large ears and the original earcups only just fit over them then you may have a problem but for most people, I think it won't really matter.
