I just checked. The chocolate tablets contain 1 gr. per tab, but not as tasty. **Q: I ordered and they were extremely hard and difficult to chew, but from the doctor, they are soft. I like the way the fruity taste stands out. However, if you are a gastric bypass patient like me do not take your multivitamin with. Iron with these for you will have an upset stomach.
