I contacted the seller twice by e-mail (as instructed on the flyer that was included in the shipment) but got no response. It has been more than 3 weeks since my firs e-mail!Now regarding the performance of the three working glasses: They work with my Panasonic Viera Plasma TV. However, the picture is somewhat darker than with the original Panasonic glasses. The battery life appears to be better than with the original glasses.
