Seems like its flat & will move.** A: It is not flat. There is a part that is about an inch under what you see in the picture. That is what holds it in the bowl of the toilet. **Q: How big is the opening at the bottom? Is it just a slot or is it the entire bottom open?** A: The entire bottom is open, a CD could easily fall through into the toilet (this has happened to me a couple times where it will slide down from clip while spraying and into toilet).
