They are really good! **Q: Are these gluten free?** A: Hi Jenni, this product is not gluten free as it contains rusk made from wheat. **Q: Can these be re-frozen** A: I found this on an internet search. The U. S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) advises: Once food is thawed in the refrigerator, it is safe to refreeze it without cooking, although there may be a loss of quality due to the moisture lost through thawing. After cooking raw foods which were previously frozen, it is safe to freeze the cooked foods. I would assume since the sausages have been transported frozen but if thawed on arrival they would still be chilled. Mine were thawed but cold so I put them in the freezer immediately in ziplocks. **Q: Am I correct in thinking this is 5 x 14 bangers ?** A: I bought them back in 2018.
