I lazily threw together some chicken kebabs with peppers and onions on my medium BGE for ~15 minutes...they were perfect! I had to flip them with tongs but will get a half-moon deflector plate in the future for ease. They're stainless steel, they're tough, easy to clean and will last forever. The cost alone is worth the try! Only thing I can think of that might bother some people is they aren't super sharp, like the product picture shows. I had no trouble putting kebabs together though; you could sharpen them yourself, but I think it would be a waste of time.
