After the driver seat began to flatten apart and fry, I began to look for something that not only gave me a bit of a cushion but that went on beyond the normal cushion of the driver seat.This cushion delivered. It took some getter used to. It sits about 3 inches higher than whatever seat you are used to. With back issued, my back took a bit to get used to the feel and height that this cushion gives. However, much of my sciatica pain went way after I started using this.It has a textured rubberized bottom to lower the sliding of this cushion. It does well at this while sitting on it, but I found that I was positioning the cushion every time I got into the driver seat.
