Review: Only lasted 1 month before it died!!, but then...........fantastic customer company to deal with. - The product worked great for 1 month and then the battery pack just died. I expect to get more than 1 month out of a brand new charger. Since this is from a 3rd party vendor, they only offer a 30 day return policy and mine died at about day 35. I sent them a message asking them to replace the charger. If they are willing to replace it, I will adjust this review accordingly, but as of now, I can not recommend this product to anyone. I'm hoping it was just a singe faulty charger and they will replace it, as other reviews have been positive, hopefully they are willing to fix the issue. Stay tuned for an update Okay, update time. However, this item actually sticks out just as far as the original straight one. There is just no good reason for it to stick out so far.
