The rim on the top feels a bit sharp, like it wasn't sanded to be smooth. I wouldn't order these again. I give it 3 stars because it looks like the picture and I did get 2 of them, as promised. If you are only looking to make a tart shell which will be filled afterwards or are okay with serving the tart in the pan, then this will function just fine. One of mine arrived slightly dirty and without any care instructions. There is no indication of whether it is dishwasher safe or if there are upper temperature limits. Despite these problems, I am happy with the product. I used mine to make a tart shell, which baked very nicely. I had no problems removing the shell which stayed intact for a fruit tart.
