They do eventually start slowly sliding out a little bit but not as much as the foam ones and they are much easier to just press them back in and continue playing! I also get probably between 4-6 uses out of each pair. Just rinse them off with warm water and a touch of Dawn and pad dry them and they're ready to go again. Great invention!
