Review: Possibly the Best Invention Ever Created - I am honestly stunned at how great this thing is. I am in no way affiliated with Intex, just a guy who, like a trillion others, bought a pool during quarantine. I have literally never owned or cared for a pool in my life. Alas, as they say, "happy wofe, happy life." I wasnt sure how I would vacuum the pool and some of them were outrageously expensive (a floor cleaning robot? What??) I stumbled upon this little combo which included the skimmer, also a must have for pool care. I am not even kidding, I enjoy vacuuming the pool with this thing. I dont know what kind of crazy magic it does, but basically you hook a little net to the vacuum head and attach your garden hose to it. The hose blasts water back into the net along with dirt, leaves, whatever. They stay in the net, and I am happy. A bonus that I didnt see mentioned is that your hose puts back some of the water you lose to splash out, evaporation, etc. Sweet! The pole is sturdy, the thing just works. All in all the vacuum alone is worth the price, let alone the fact it comes with a skimmer too!! This thing is great!!

Waste of money... so I ended up with this product, cheaper, connects to the hose and works well on our Intex above ground pool. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was skeptical about buying this based on the reviews on some people saying that it wasn't worth it. In my opinion after I bought it I was really delighted to see how well it worked and I believe it was of good value.
