The programs do not work. The notebook freezes immediately. *by B***S on 4 February 2021* The product is unusable! Windows loads, but nothing starts after that. The internet doesn't work either. Windows performs an update, but it's not good after that.I shipped the product to Spain on January 21st. It came from the UK within 2 days which is weird as they wrote that I should get it between 3 and 11 Feb. The product was not picked up by the courier either, but was ringed at the doorbell and sent by elevator to the 3rd floor.How could I receive the product from Barcelona to London in 2 days when the delivery is a minimum of 2 weeks?
