I LOVE This Cardamom!!!! - I cook a lot... and this is one of my most Favorite spices...as it's unusual... I recently ran out and picked some up at my local grocery store... ( NOT This Brand),,, and to my disappointment ..it had No Flavor or aroma AT ALL....so I decided to research on desertcart... A LOT Of Research..LOL....and finally decided on this Brand of Organic Cardamom... and it Did Not Disappoint .... I'm so Happy with it...It has a pungent floral aroma ( as a good fresh Cardamom Should Have ) and a light but present beige/brown color, with dark flecks>>>.. this is also ground very fine.. which I prefer... as I use it in many of my "Kitchen Creations"..Haha... I recently used it in my homemade Ice Cream... unusual I know... but it was Delicious and because it's ground fine it was not "gritty" even in Ice Cream...I use this herb in pastas , Indian curry, and meats, even cocktails..>>...
