The kids finally got tired of me going through each step multiple times to figure out exactly what we were supposed to be doing. Once I figured it out, it was easier going. Several pieces did not quite line up, but the fixes were easy enough for me to do on my own. Only one nail went through the side, but since it will not affect the use of this bat house, I did not worry about fixing it.The bat house has been up for several months now. No bats so far, but the kids keep checking.
