You can easily adjust the length of the string and drop it below your belt line for ultimate concealability. You can virtually put it anywhere around your belt line and it will sit comfortably. I've used holsters, belly band holsters, friction holsters, chest holsters, compression shirt holsters, ankle straps, quick access sling bags, and this is absolutely the hands down best option out of all of those. Smooth inside, feels decent quality. I had to take my rail off to use it, so I've since bought a different trigger guard, but it fits the P365 as described and covers what it needs to. I didn't find it too tight or loose- snapped on nice, came off nice.
