Review: Headband comfort improvement! - Quick and easy fix to improve the headband comfort of your existing Sennheiser or in my case I just bought some M50X headphones and the headband felt really uncomfortable after coming from Sennheiser for me personally and was the only negative I could give the Audio-Technica M50x other wise they are fantastic cans. I used a small amount of double sided velcro to attach this headband and make it so its easily removable too if I ever need to replace the actual headband. It worked perfectly, can't feel the velcro at all and I'm feeling the comfort of the Sennheisers that I'm used too. Big thumbs up from me!! I got the same idea from another review here even though they had a different pair it worked just as well. Are you wishing to know if this will fit a Massdrop 58X? Of course it will. The 58X is the Drop version of the famous beginning of Sennheiser's 600 series of wonderful headphones. The photo here shows the headband pad style of the HD600 which was my first Sennheiser purchase. The HD650 changed the pad a bit but they are interchangeable. Be advised, there are 2 little clips on the underside of the headband that need to be carefully removed in order to slide the pad in. You can actually choose either side to to remove and slide it in, you don't need to remove them both. Be careful prying them out. There are youtube videos available. I own the HD600 and 660S2. Good luck. It's not difficult.
